Both Matterport and iGUIDE are excellent Virtual Tour platforms and we support both.
For most commercial properties, Matterport remains our default recommendation. It delivers an exceptional viewing experience and is particularly well suited to larger or more complex commercial properties.
However, before deciding, we always recommend checking the current listing promotions offered by the major property portals.
For example, eligible commercial listings on realcommercial.com.au may qualify for up to $400 in listing credits when an iGUIDE 3D Tour is included. Depending on the size of the property and the available promotion, this may offset a significant portion, or even all of the capture cost.
If you'd prefer iGUIDE, or your listing qualifies for one of these promotions, we're happy to provide that service instead.
