  • Managing Director

    John is the Managing Director of R24 and leads operations across Australia. With a background in Marketing and Accounting, he brings a blend of strategic insight and technical expertise to the property industry.

    John has guided the evolution of parts of the Asset Reports group into R24, a national business focused on delivering specialist property reports. He established the company’s Tax Depreciation division and oversaw the creation of complementary businesses including Asset 3D, Australia’s Matterport reseller and capture services partner, and House & Land Maps, an interactive mapping tool for new land and housing developments.

    John holds a Bachelor of Marketing and a Master of Accounting. He is collaborative and growth-focused, driving innovation while maintaining the responsiveness and reliability clients value most.


  • State Manager – Victoria & South Australia

    Nick is the State Manager for R24 across Victoria and South Australia, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the regional teams and ensuring every project is delivered efficiently and to R24’s high standards.

    Since joining the company in 2019, Nick has combined his strong background in Property Management with a detailed understanding of Tax Depreciation to help investors and property professionals maximise their returns. He works closely with real estate agencies across both states, promoting the advantages of tax depreciation and guiding clients through the process with clarity and care.

    Known for his integrity, responsiveness, and commitment to getting things right, Nick has built long-standing relationships with clients who value his reliability and practical approach.


  • Quantity Surveyor

    Yee is a Quantity Surveyor at R24 and a valued member of the company’s national Quantity Surveying team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Construction Management from Curtin University and brings a strong technical foundation to her role.

    Yee is responsible for documenting and calculating the depreciable value of clients’ property assets, ensuring every report is accurate and compliant. Her precision, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining R24’s high standards help clients maximise their available deductions with confidence.

    Kristian is a Director at R24 and leads the company’s Tax Depreciation division. With more than a decade of experience in the property and quantity surveying industry, he manages R24’s Quantity Surveying teams across Australia.

    A passionate property investor himself, Kristian has helped thousands of clients maximise their returns by identifying and claiming all available depreciation deductions. He is also a regular presenter to accountants, property professionals, and investors, providing education and training on the benefits of claiming Tax Depreciation.

    Kristian’s technical expertise and genuine commitment to helping clients achieve the best outcomes make him a highly respected leader within R24 and the wider property industry.

    Lauren is the General Manager at R24 and plays a key role in leading the company’s day-to-day operations across Australia. With a strong background in product development, marketing, and team management, she ensures the business continues to operate efficiently while maintaining R24’s focus on quality and client service.

    Since joining the company, Lauren has been instrumental in refining internal systems, streamlining processes, and strengthening R24’s marketing and client communication strategies. Her ability to connect operational structure with client outcomes ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • Senior Quantity Surveyor

    Christina is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at R24, bringing extensive experience in preparing detailed and compliant Tax Depreciation Schedules for both residential and commercial properties. With a strong background in construction and cost management, she combines technical precision with a thorough understanding of property depreciation legislation.

    Christina is responsible for ensuring every schedule is accurate and prepared in line with R24’s quality standards. Her attention to detail and consistent approach make her an integral part of the Quantity Surveying team.

    Tom is a Director with R24, heading our operations across New South Wales, the ACT and Queensland. Since joining the team in 2020, he has combined his passion for property and innovation with his media-savvy background to drive our Quantity Surveying and Matterport teams.

    Prior to R24, Tom earned recognition in Australian television and radio under the nickname “Tom the Chippy from Manly” — a carpenter by trade turned presenter who starred on shows such as The Great Outdoors and Dancing With the Stars. imgtalent.com.au+1 Today he remains a sought-after speaker and uses his presenting experience to bring clarity, enthusiasm and engagement to everything he does at R24.

    Tom’s professional mix of hands-on property insight, media communication skills and leadership across NSW, ACT & QLD ensures clients get the benefit of a team that’s responsive, knowledgeable and ready to adapt to evolving property-reporting requirements.

    Barnabas is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at R24, bringing extensive experience and technical expertise to the team.
