Powered by Matterport, each property is captured using a combination of high-resolution photography and LiDAR scanning. This creates a precise 3D model of the home, not just a visual tour, but a highly accurate digital version of the property.
That same capture produces multiple outputs at once: the interactive walkthrough, marketing images, and measured floor plans. You can also add information tags inside the model to point out features or upgrades, and for renovation or design projects, BIM files can be generated to give architects a reliable base to work from.
